Why is there a 10% fee?
GreenOnMID adds an itemised service fee of 10% of the insurance premium. The exact fee and full total are shown before payment.
When does cover begin?
Only when your insurer issues documents confirming cover and the applicable start date and time.
Will my insurance appear on the official database?
Insurers and authorised organisations are responsible for reporting. The official database may not update instantly.
Does GreenOnMID operate askMID?
No. We are an independent insurance website, not the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, askMID or Navigate.
Can I cancel or edit a policy?
Check the cancellation and amendment terms supplied in your specific policy and use the insurer contact details in your documents.
What about modified or performance vehicles?
Eligibility is determined by the insurer, not by the photos displayed on the website.
